R. Roots Garden is changing the food landscape of communities within Minneapolis. What started out as one plot has grown to four in the last three years. Now serving Folwell, Jordan and Willard-Hay neighbourhoods. Another woman-owned business, Queen is changing the food landscape across underserved communities.
